Physician Achievement Review Program (PAR)
PAR provides doctors with information about their medical practices based on survey feedback from patients, medical colleagues, and co-worker health care professionals. Doctors learn how those they work with and serve perceive their skills and abilities on topics ranging from medical competency and co-worker relations to communication skills and patient interaction.
Originally developed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, this program is also managed by Pivotal Research for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia and Manitoba.
Physician Assessment
Multisource feedback tools are being developed as part of an assessment of internationally trained physicians. Interested parties are invited to contact Pivotal Research for updates on this work.
